15. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution: If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally. Contact our support team at support@zenfulvitality.com within 30 days of the issue arising.

Mediation and arbitration: If unresolved informally, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in the State of Maine, with the arbitrator's decision final and binding.

Governing law: This agreement and any related dispute is governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Class action waiver: Disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of any class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

17. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right.
