The Kooru Cold Plunge Tub is handcrafted in San Diego from sustainably sourced, hand-selected redwood boards. Each tub is built to order using the Japanese Shou Sugi Ban wood-charring technique, which enhances the wood's natural durability and produces a distinctive depth of color and exposed grain. The system arrives fully assembled and runs on a standard 110V home outlet.
Construction and Materials
